Mester Hardware specializes in the manufacturing of standard and specialty precision cold headed products per customer specifications. Cold head products are created by “cold forming”, a manufacturing process by which wire is fed into a cold heading machine, cut to a pre-determined length, inserted into a die and upset to form a part. This process creates little to no waste. The cold heading process creates a stronger part due to the enhanced grain flow of the material.
Nuts-Bolts-Washers-Screws- just the tip of standard fasteners available through Mester. Other products like retaining rings, rivets, rivet nut can also be provided.
Mester Hardware offers different types of chicago screws in plastic and metal. Chicago screws, also called sex bolts, male and female post, is widely used to connect two parts like belts, holster, etc.
At Mester, “custom” parts are our focus and expertise. All Abbott Interfast products, including screws, bolts, nuts, washers, inserts, knobs, locknuts and several others, are available to be customized to your specific application requirements. In fact, we prefer custom fasteners.
