I know, customers don’t want their products to be shown on the website or be known to their competitors. so we prepare Confidentiality Agreement(CA) or NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) for these companies and the people, who require us to sign this agreement before sending their design. To companies and individuals, it is our suggestion that using this type of an agreement protects their intellectual property rights and maintain confidentiality about their business processes.
